ThermoFisher worked with Axians to outsource datacenter technologies.
Outsourcing of data center technology to a multinational company. The critical point was to deliver L1 and L2 operational services timely, build on existing activities and help to improve the quality and scope of the existing solution. All of this within defined SLAs and in the shortest possible time. The main area of ITIL methodology was incident management and change management.
As part of our collaboration, a complete server environment patch management and global infrastructure surveillance system has been designed and subsequently implemented, including the definition of relevant criteria and follow-up procedures.
